No viewing from the terminal landside, but you can view the apron from a bus stop just outside the airport boundary or from some shade near the control tower. The ramps are illuminated so you can read off movements in the dark. The Costantiana Hotel, has great views from the room balconies, just ask for a room at the front. The Flamingo Beach Hotel - request a view of approach and you’ll hopefully get room 401, 301, 201, 101 in the southeast corner. Brilliant position overlooking beach, height is not really an issue. From the rear (deserted & desolate), 5th floor mezzanine views can be had over all the ramps with just the large hangar on the north boundary creating a slight blindspot. If you walk 10 minutes along Mackenzy Beach you’ll arrive just short of the runway threshold. A word of caution, do not use your radio at the airport, the police will confiscate it until it can be proved that it isn’t a transmitter.

PAPHOS (LCPH/PFO)
At check in there is a window but you can only read the Transaero. Once airside there is an outdoor beer garden, where the apron can be seen but no photographs possible.
