On A93 west of Aberdeen past Banchory. Go through village and airfield is on left after about 1 mile. Friendly airstrip, just ask a glider owner.
INSCH - TWR 129.825
Insch village is on B9002, south of the A96 between Inverurie and Huntly. Head south on B992 to Auchleven, turn right here heading to Leslie (possibly signposted to Kennethmont). Airstrip is on left before Leslie Castle. Friendly, ask in clubhouse for access.

KINTORE
From Kintore, go over A96 then take the next turning right on a road that runs along side the A96, then crosses underneath to an industrial area. Or, from Aberdeen, follow the A96 north along the Kintore bypass, follow the sign for industrial estate at the next roundabout, double back towards Aberdeen and take a left at the graded junction. The heliport is along a rough track to the left of a mini roundabout. Very friendly, ask for access, though out of hours the barrier is usually down. Not usually open at weekends.

PETERHEAD-LONGSIDE
On A950 about 4 miles west of
Peterhead. Very friendly, ask for
access to hangars.

WHITERASHES-MAINS OF BOGFECHEL FARM
From Aberdeen, take the A947 north to Whitreashes. Head north out of the village continuing towards Oldmeldrum. You will see a single large wind turbine on the right hand side. A well made farm road
goes down to the windturbine. About 50 yards after that there is a farm road with a very large pig shed on the side of the road. If you turn down that farm road you can drive about half a mile through several farms and get to the airfield hangers. Alternatively (and possibly the easier of the two), go past that shed area continuing on the A947. Through a few houses on left and right and over the brow of a hill. As you go down the hill there are 2 cottages on the right with a minor road between them, signposted Tarves. There is access to the airfield on the right of that minor road.
